Business Analyst - Back office solutions

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to add significant value to our business. The role will involve examining existing and new systems for improvement, uncovering and reporting common issues, evaluating Back Office Finance performance, and recommending new system procedures along with transformational use of technology.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Functional Analyst
• Analytical and project/consulting experience within Information Technology/Financial Services
• Exposure to Back Office Finance Processes is advantageous (O2C, P2P, R2R, Financial Accounting)
• Strong ability to gather, document, validate & prioritise business requirements using structured techniques
• Demonstrated experience in process analysis and improvement, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Personal initiative to drive projects from inception, working through analysis and ensuring quality through requirements traceability
• Constantly open to new challenges and non-standard projects which may have an uncertain environment
• Achievements include delivering projects in a finance environment, instilling quality in projects, continuously adapting and reskilling, and driving quality by partnering with senior colleagues
