We are seeking a Business Development Representative to build a high-quality pipeline in a structured and data-driven manner for a rapidly growing B2B software company, Workerbase, that transforms shopfloor operations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, startups or a dynamic tech environment
- First experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
- Proficiency in German and English (C1/C2)
