UX Designer, AI Agents

Workato is seeking a UX Designer to join their team in building the next-generation AI-powered productivity assistant for business employees. The successful candidate will design intuitive and beautiful user interfaces with a strong focus on layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual polish.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent)
• Strong portfolio that shows well-crafted UIs, attention to visual detail, and thoughtful interaction design
• Strong expertise in interaction design principles, motion, and system design
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system in a team setting
• Fluency in tools like Figma, and confidence creating responsive designs for web applications
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving product definitions
• Collaborative and curious mindset—interested in learning from teammates across disciplines
• Skills in motion design and prototyping tools like CodePen, Rive, Principle, or Framer
• Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered tools or enterprise software
• Understanding of the needs and mental models of business users in large organizations
• Familiarity with search, intelligent assistants, or workflow automation tools
