Job Description
Workato is seeking an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join their growing team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing AI and Machine Learning products for user experiences, including LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG architectures. Collaboration with data scientists is key, as is experience building conversational AI and data pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in backend software development
- Expertise in Python (strongly preferred)
- Experience building production AI systems (LLMs, chatbots, virtual assistants, automated support agents)
- Expertise in NLP
- Experience with REST API design and integration
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
