Join Our Team as Head Chef at Palma’s Boutique Gem, Le Bistro. We are seeking a driven and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen at Ocho Suites & Kitchen, a boutique hotel in the heart of Palma de Mallorca.
Requirements
- Culinary education and solid experience in cooking
- Passion for bistro-style cuisine
- Strong social skills and enjoyment of engaging with regular guests
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar restaurant in a leadership role
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen economics
- Deep interest in food and beverages
- Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written); Spanish is a strong plus
