Senior IT Support Engineer Level 3 (MSP - Azure & Networking)

We are hiring a Level 3 IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and infrastructure expertise for US-based MSP clients. The role involves handling escalations, supporting networking, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to infrastructure projects. It requires proactive problem-solving and automation skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a senior IT engineer / Level 3 in MSP or enterprise.
• Strong Azure expertise (resources, policies, automation).
• Advanced networking (firewalls, routing, VoIP troubleshooting).
• Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365.
• Excellent English for client-facing support.
