Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Trades Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on sourcing and identifying top talent for skilled trades positions, such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians in a high-volume talent agency environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sourcing high volumes of candidates for skilled trades positions, such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians in a high-volume talent agency environment.
- Proven experience of sourcing on job boards (Zip, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed)
- Strong research and Boolean search skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
