Construction HVAC Foreman

The Construction HVAC Foreman will oversee HVAC installation teams on commercial and residential projects, ensuring safe and code-compliant installations. This role involves leading and supervising a crew, interpreting blueprints, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining a high-quality site. The position requires a strong understanding of HVAC codes, systems, and materials.

Requirements

• Valid RI Journeyman Refrigeration, Pipefitter, or Sheet Metal license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Foreman
• Strong understanding of HVAC codes, systems, tools, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical layouts
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
