The Commercial Install Electrical Field Manager will oversee the Commercial Install Team, focusing on profit and loss, sales, and overall operations. The role involves leading a team, developing processes, managing all aspects of the division, and ensuring top-notch performance and customer satisfaction. Expertise in electrical, management, and project coordination is essential.
Requirements
- 10-15 years’ experience in management and installation of commercial electrical systems.
- Experience working on commercial electrical job sites.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes.
- Experience in estimating and proposal writing.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and project management software.
