We are seeking a VP of Engineering to lead transformational growth within Work Truck Solutions remote product development group. The role will shape the discipline, scale, and operational excellence of our engineering teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, with at least 5 years in director-level or higher roles.
- Proven track record scaling technology organizations from hundreds to thousands of employees.
- Detailed knowledge in relevant technologies including.Net, React, Node.js, SQL Server, Azure
- Strong experience managing distributed global teams and outsourced delivery partners.
- Hands-on experience driving organizational transformation, including M&A integration.
- Excellent ability to establish global operational discipline and unify processes across regions.
- Strong background in SaaS or enterprise software development environments.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
