Job Description
Wordly is a fast-growing AI startup seeking a Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction. The role involves onboarding new customers, managing account reviews, and identifying at-risk clients. Requirements
- Onboarding New Customers (50%)
- Lead Onboarding kick-offs, training workshops, escalation calls, and ad-hoc meetings
- Train customers in their use of the platform
- Customer Success Management (50%)
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers
- Act as an advocate on behalf of the customer
