Job Description
WOONGJIN, Inc. is hiring a Logistics Claim Analyst - Bilingual (English/Korean) for a contract position in Plano, TX, USA. The role involves collecting and analyzing claim data, providing reports, and designing enterprise data ETL processes. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience, and 2-3 years of data analytics experience, with transportation/logistics experience preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of data analytics experience. Transportation/Logistics experience preferred
- Fluent in Korean is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and simplify complex information from various sources into clear and understandable formats
- Strong critical thinking and planning ability
- Advanced knowledge of analytical skills in Microsoft Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, seasonal index, IF functions, etc.) for reporting to management
