Job Description
Woods Machinery is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Specialist to support the company's financial operations by handling both Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) tasks.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable or a related accounting role.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as business needs arise.
