Job Description
Wood is looking for Expression of Interest candidates for both new and experienced EHV Cables Construction Manager resources in the UK. The role involves overseeing cabling construction projects, coordinating engineering support, procuring materials, and leading field-based teams. Projects will take place UK-wide and involve varying work locations as travel is required, with work issued under various frameworks. Requirements
- Supervise and deliver key packages of cabling construction projects
- Assist in the production of construction plans and coordination of engineering support
- Procure construction materials and specialist subcontracts
- Ensure technical solutions are in line with Engineering’s requirements
- Manage and coordinate all street works permits
- Support the Site Manager & Project Manager and lead core delivery teams
