Job Description
Wood, Patel & Associates, Inc. (WOODPATEL) is seeking a talented and team-oriented Water/Wastewater Practice Leader to join their growing Phoenix, Arizona team. This role involves overseeing a team, client engagement, project completion, and mentorship, and requires strong leadership and communication skills. Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering, AZ Professional Engineer’s license, or ability to obtain AZ professional engineer registration
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Water/Wastewater related design
- Demonstrated leadership in a team atmosphere
- Ability to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate technical work, and satisfy clients
- Communication skills including speaking, listening, and writing
- Technical understanding of industry design software
- Ability to promote safety and quality in design
