Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a high-level support role
- Master of organization and time management
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Heavy travel management experience
- Tech-savvy and adaptable with Google Suite, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and presentation software
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex relationships
- Can-do mindset and willingness to adapt to a startup environment
- Passion for the mission of early childhood education
