Experienced Carpenter

Requirements

• Examines blueprints, sketches or building plans
• Understands and holds the scope of each job
• Orders and schedules equipment for the job
• Installs structures and fixtures
• Constructs building framework
• Helps erect, level, and install building framework
• Installs finished woodwork materials
• Identifies and offers solutions to problems
• Tracks time and material for change orders
• Completes daily, next day, and weekly work
• Assists Trade Supervisor in assembling look ahead schedules
• Ensures work areas, machines, or equipment are maintained
• Follows established safety rules and regulations
• Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as assigned
