We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead to join our dynamic team, where you will play a dual role: leading a cross-functional development team while also contributing hands-on to the design and development of our software products.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Solid expertise in Java development
• Solid understanding of API design and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
