Sales Manager Libra - WEST

We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of up to 10 Major & Strategic Account Executives, within the Benelux and Italian market, while carrying your own quota as a player-coach.

Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise sales teams.
• Proven success in exceeding quotas and leading teams to achieve ambitious targets.
• Strong experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and strategic account planning.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or professional services.
