Marketing Manager

Wolt is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their local Marketing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves leading local commercial and content/social media marketing efforts, managing local partnerships, and driving growth across all business lines.

Requirements

• Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, partnerships, events, influencer)
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, ideally across commercial, operations, and content teams
• Strong analytical mindset — confident in using data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
• Hands-on experience managing social media content and community engagement
• Comfortable juggling both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce is a plus
