Job Description
Wolf Oil Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Director Europe to define and drive the European commercial strategy, leading the sales organization and ensuring strong market execution and customer partnerships.
Requirements
- Define and drive the Europe sales strategy in line with company objectives and growth ambitions
- Set clear growth priorities by region, country, channel, and product portfolio
- Ensure sustainable volume growth while safeguarding contribution margins
- Lead, coach, and develop the European sales (leadership) team (regional, area and country managers)
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key European customers and distributors
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment (marketing, product, finance, supply chain,..) to deliver effective go-to-market execution and commercial results
