Job Description
Wohlsen Construction is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for a wide range of projects. The role involves collaboration with various teams, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value engineering opportunities. Proficiency in MEP systems and building codes is expected.
Requirements
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost analyses, and estimates for electrical systems.
- Review design documents and specifications.
- Collect subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Assist with budgeting and bidding phases.
- Stay updated on market trends and material costs.
