Job Description
WiSC Enterprises seeks a detail-oriented Senior Acquisition Program Manager to lead complex acquisition and program support efforts, combining technical expertise, acquisition lifecycle support, stakeholder coordination, and project management.
Requirements
- Manage acquisition strategy programs and provide programmatic oversight across the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with IT and enterprise architecture.
- Coordinate Requests for Change (RFCs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and configuration management processes in support of modernization efforts.
- Develop, revise, and submit acquisition documentation packages, including technical annexes and policy-aligned guidance.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to manage inputs and updates for system documentation and acquisition planning.
- Support senior leadership with data-driven reports, budget tracking, and risk management recommendations.
- Provide cross-functional support for strategic planning, milestone scheduling, and decision documentation.
- Maintain and improve programmatic tools and templates to ensure effective communication and workflow efficiency.
