Staff Software Engineer

Wisdom is hiring Staff Software Engineers to join our tech team and play an instrumental role in the early stages of our product. We are a fully distributed, remote-first team with employees across the US.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering development experience
• Proficiency in a web stack language (Typescript/Javascript, Python, C#) with an openness to working in Typescript
• Experience designing and scaling databases such as Postgres
• Experience building infrastructure in a cloud provider like AWS or GCP
• A strong product mindset and high user empathy
• A high level of autonomy, ownership, and curiosity
• A low ego and willingness to admit mistakes and learn from them
