Wire IT is a specialized IT consulting partner with 18 years of experience, seeking an IT Process & Operations Specialist to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex processes, ITSM environments, and ITIL processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience managing complex processes with high functional and financial impact
- Ability to produce clear, structured manuals, procedures, and reports
- Experience in ITSM Environments - Hands-on experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) for tracking incidents, changes, and problems
- Coordinating with multiple suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring SLAs
- Understanding ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration Management
- Ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, or compliance gaps
