Job Description
WinShape Homes is seeking a House Parent to provide loving, safe, and Christ-centered homes for children in their WinShape Homes group care program. This is a full-time, live-in position with a husband and wife team, focused on fostering healing, stability, and growth. The position requires a commitment to faith, role model behavior, and a nurturing, spiritual environment.
Requirements
- Self-professing Christ-follower
- High school diploma or equivalent; college training preferred
- Experience with children in foster care, trauma care, or related ministry
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Willingness to be primary job for husband and wife
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
