Job Description
The Women’s Economic Empowerment through Cashew Processing Program (WEECAP) is a five-year initiative operating in Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, and Senegal. This role is the Grants and Subcontracts Manager, responsible for overseeing the entire grant and subcontract cycle, including solicitation, procurement, negotiation, implementation, and closeout, ensuring compliance with donor policies and program objectives. The manager will also support grantee and subcontractor partner capacity and ensure alignment with donor goals.
Requirements
- Oversee the full grant and subcontract cycle (solicitation, procurement, negotiation, implementation, closeout).
- Ensure compliance with Winrock International and Mastercard Foundation policies.
- Support the organizational capacity of grantee and subcontractor partners.
