Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or other related healthcare discipline
• Minimum 7 years' experience working in the healthcare delivery system
• 2 years managerial experience and a successful track record of management and supervision of interdisciplinary teams in health care, mental health, public health, health promotion, health care administration
• Experience in clinical consultation with clinicians and teams
• Demonstrated experience in program management including planning, budgeting, change leadership, evaluation, reporting, tracking and developing detailed work plans, budgets, and schedules
