Wingz is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Specialist to join their growing recruitment team. This role focuses on sourcing top talent for NEMT positions, engaging with candidates, and supporting the recruitment process. The role involves creating job postings, conducting interviews, managing pipelines, and collaborating with management to improve hiring results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years full-cycle recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing techniques and experience in placing both tech and non-tech roles
• Experience conducting mass interviews
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Proven track record of delivering results under pressure
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy and quick learner
• Ability to start immediately
