Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Fluent verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Good English language skills
• Ability to work on shifts and in a call center
• Knowledge of the internet, computer use, and MS Office programs
• 1+ year of experience in air travel agency or call centers (or with IATA tickets preference)
• Knowledge of IATA airways (Euro, Sabre, or Galileo)
• Ability to perform sales of air tickets
