Job Description
Wing is seeking a Director of Strategy, Business Operations & Analytics to provide data-driven insights, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead growth initiatives in a remote position based in the United States. This leadership role focuses on strategic planning, operational execution, and maximizing the effectiveness of teams across functions, product areas, and geographies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and collaborative leader.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience leading and motivating teams in business or product operations, corporate strategy, management consulting, or functionally equivalent roles.
- Experience scaling, operationalizing, or commercializing a business or product at a previous company.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or equivalent experience.
- Mastery in driving and executing complex, executive/board-level strategy and operations decision-making with a hands-on approach.
