Job Description
Wing is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team in India. The role involves monitoring contracts, invoicing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and maintaining confidentiality. Experience with Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel is preferred. The position is remote with performance incentives and full support.
Requirements
- At least 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients
- Knowledge of US Taxation (preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Solid understanding of financial/accounting practices
- Familiarity with Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel
- Tech-savvy with cloud services and scheduling tools
- Proactive and able to work a graveyard shift
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Main and backup computer with 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
- Internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps
- Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
