Job Description
Windsor Salt is seeking a Mine Technician to perform inspection tasks, install geotechnical sensors, and handle rock mechanics data. The role requires a strong understanding of engineering and data software, as well as excellent communication and time management skills. The successful candidate will work in a challenging environment while maintaining a family-like atmosphere.
Requirements
- EIT in Civil or Mining Engineering or 3 Year Diploma in Mining (or Civil) Technology or 2 Year Technician Diploma (REQUIRED)
- 2 years experience working in an underground mine (STRONGLY PREFERED)
- Adept with the use of engineering and data software, including Microsoft office suite and preferably AUTOCAD
- Underground surveying experience highly beneficial
