The Resident Manager I plays a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operation of the community, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers, and fostering a strong sense of community. The role involves prioritizing key areas, working closely with the Sales Leadership team, and creating a warm and inviting environment.

Requirements

• Prioritize key areas such as move-in satisfaction, renewal acquisition, and serving as the primary liaison to the Support Services Team.
• Work closely with the Sales Leadership team to ensure a smooth customer transition from prospect to resident.
• Create a warm and inviting environment, organize resident appreciation events, and maintain an active and engaging social media presence.
