Job Description
Windermere Real Estate is seeking experienced online real estate converters in the Post Falls, Idaho, area. This role involves managing Zillow leads, nurturing relationships with buyers, and guiding them through the real estate process. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are key, as is a deep understanding of the local market and Zillow platform.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
- IDO or DO or RD license required (if not already licensed).
- Experience converting Zillow leads is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build client relationships.
- Proficiency in using the Zillow platform.
- Reliable transportation.
