Job Description
Windermere Real Estate is seeking experienced online converters to join two Zillow teams covering the Spokane and Northern Idaho Markets. The role involves managing Zillow leads, nurturing relationships with buyers, and negotiating deals. Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
- Must be Idaho or Washington licensed (or be interested in dual licensing in Idaho/Washington).
- Proven track record of successfully converting Zillow leads.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using the Zillow platform and related technologies.
- Reliable transportation.
