Job Description
Windermere Real Estate is seeking experienced online converters to manage and convert Zillow leads in the Spokane and Northern Idaho Markets. The role emphasizes lead follow-up and relationship building with buyers, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Agents will be integrated into a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school
- Experience converting Zillow leads
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build client relationships
- Proficiency in using the Zillow platform and related technologies
