Job Description
Windermere Real Estate is seeking experienced Zillow Lead Conversion Agents. The role involves managing and converting Zillow leads, building relationships with buyers, and providing support throughout the real estate process. The company offers training, marketing support, and a collaborative team environment. They are a part of the Windermere Real Estate team that covers the Spokane and Northern Idaho Markets.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
- Idaho and Washington sales license or interest in dual licensing (Idaho & Washington).
- Proven track record of successfully converting Zillow leads.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using the Zillow platform.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Reliable transportation.
