Duty Manager

We're looking for a Duty Manager to join our team and be a crucial part of delivering positive experiences through active lifestyles. As a Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of our centre's day-to-day operations, acting as the primary point of contact ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment during operating hours.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to solve complex issues
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) within three months
• Ability to work on an as-needed basis
