The Head of North America Manufacturing is a results-driven leader responsible for advancing manufacturing excellence across Wilsonart’s North America operations. The role requires driving manufacturing efficiency, lean execution, and disciplined cost-out and maintenance across a complex, multi-site footprint.

Requirements

• Lead all North America manufacturing operations with accountability for safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity outcomes.
• Drive a step-change in operational performance across all facilities, with measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) metrics.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing principles, including standard work, value stream optimization, waste elimination, and visual management.
• Lead aggressive cost-out initiatives through labor productivity, material yield improvement, asset utilization, and process simplification.
• Drive maintenance excellence by strengthening preventive and predictive maintenance practices, improving equipment reliability and uptime, and embedding maintenance discipline as a core element of Lean operations.
