Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing insurance coverage group in its Madison, New Jersey Office.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and State of New York
• 5+ years coverage litigation experience in New York, New Jersey and beyond
• Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL, Excess, Professional Liability, D & O and property)
• Experience in both third-party and first-party claims
• Coverage analysis and writing experience
• Superior analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
