Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking an Employment & Labor Of Counsel to join their Los Angeles office. The position offers a flexible, hybrid or remote working arrangement and provides opportunities for professional development and advancement.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- 7+ years of litigation experience
- Experience with wage and hour class action and PAGA representative matters as well as discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination type claims
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Legal project management experience is helpful
- Trial experience a plus
