Job Description
TELUS Digital is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead the growth of Google CES implementations within the Contact Center environment. This role involves developing sales strategies, building partnerships, and driving customer success in a cloud-first world. The company values innovation, agile thinking, and a people-first culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CCaaS sales experience (some experience with Google CES)
- Strong knowledge of Google CES and the broader cloud contact center landscape
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship-building skills
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment and negotiations
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
