Job Description
The Utility Worker, under the direction of the Director of Dining, is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and food storage areas. This part-time position involves washing and sanitizing dishes, emptying garbage, sweeping floors, and assisting with moving equipment. The role requires adhering to Health Department and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior relevant work experience preferred
- Must obtain a Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment
- Must possess a valid Commonwealth of Virginia driver’s license
