Job Description
Williamsburg Landing, a CARF-accredited Life Plan Community, is seeking Part-Time Dining Room Servers for evenings and weekends. Servers are responsible for preparing dining facilities, assisting with set-up, and assisting with special events. The role involves cleaning, restocking, and ensuring a positive dining experience for residents. The position is flexible, including weekends.
Requirements
- Must meet employment eligibility requirements and Health Department standards
- Food Handler’s Card must be obtained within 30 days of employment
- Food service experience, preferred
- Ability to regularly and safely lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds
- Ability to maintain courtesy and tact during stressful situations
- Ability to react appropriately in emergency situations
