Williams Parker, the largest and oldest law firm in Florida, is seeking a motivated Real Estate Associate to join their growing team in Sarasota. They specialize in commercial and residential real estate transactions, with a focus on board-certified specialists and extensive experience in the region. The firm emphasizes a positive, collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Member of The Florida Bar or licensed to practice law in another state and in good standing
- 1–5 years of experience practicing law, ideally with exposure to real estate matters
- Comprehensive training through mentorship and hands-on experience
- Client service mindset and professional communication
- Adaptability in navigating real estate law
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated leadership and time management skills
