Job Description

The role involves developing agile organizational forms, coaching teams and leaders, fostering a growth mindset, and enabling organizational learning. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in agile methodologies, systems thinking, and facilitation, acting as a co-creator and bridge-builder within the organization.
