HR Director South Asia & Oceania

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
• 8-10 years experience in Human Resources or related profession
• Experience of managing HR teams in South Asia & Oceania region
• Knowledge of local Malaysian (&/or Singapore) employment law and practices
• Experience of working in a shared services set-up
• Strong business acumen skills and ability to translate business needs into HR services
