Seasonal Crowd Control Attendant, New York Aquarium

Crowd Control Attendant will assist in maintaining crowd control throughout the NYA park and exhibits. The role requires standing and walking for extended periods, working in all weather conditions, and excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to ascend and descend staircases, stairwells and pedestrian ramps
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be motivated and have the ability to work within a team concept environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or GED required
