Job Description
At Wilco Contractors Northwest, we are seeking an experienced estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has previous experience estimating and managing self-performed work activities and subcontracted work, with proficiency in computer software used in the construction industry.
Requirements
- Monitor online tendering data sources
- Prepare and finalize tender packages
- Technical – utilize skills to interpret construction drawings
- Manage, build on, and maintain positive client/supplier relationships
- Minimum 8 years local experience in a similar role
- Experience with estimating software
- Experience with takeoffs with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar software
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
